Bulk Access Level Assignment: Work Smarter. Scale Faster.

Managing access for large groups just got easier. The new Bulk Access Level Assignment tools allow administrators to assign, schedule, or remove access levels for multiple people at once—using enhanced filtering by tags, custom forms, and metadata.

This capability was made available in December and is now formally integrated into the AAC Gallery for all users. Whether you're onboarding seasonal staff or rolling out new facility access policies, these tools streamline your workflow and reduce manual steps.

Milestone XProtect Integration: Restored Event Flow

For partners using Milestone XProtect, a new AAC DLL file resolves an issue where events weren’t appearing as expected. Once installed, event visibility between AAC and XProtect is restored, helping security teams maintain consistent oversight across platforms.

Classic Client: Tighter Login Controls

System administrators now have the option to disable “Remember Me” login functionality in the Classic Client. This new instance-level toggle gives IT teams greater control over password security and login behavior, especially in shared or sensitive environments.

Mobile Credential Enhancements: Real-Time Visibility + Wallet Previews

Managing digital credentials is now more transparent and efficient:

• The Acre Wallet Credentials widget offers live counts of licensed, issued, and deleted credentials.
• A new badge preview tool within the Wallet setup flow lets you design and verify badge layouts in real time.
• Updated Gallery reports provide insight into license usage across your organization.

These changes support more confident credential deployment—especially at scale.

Okta Sync: Automated Credential Issuance

A new script in the Okta Cardholder Sync package now enables automatic credential issuance when a new person is synced into AAC. This removes yet another manual step and reinforces Acre’s commitment to seamless, identity-first access workflows.
