About the client
Coca-Cola Hellenic operates the largest bottling facilities outside of the United States. With over 1.9 billion servings consumed every day, it plays a pivotal role in slaking the thirst of the brand’s global customer base.
The challenge
Coca-Cola Hellenic contacted acre to design a new on-premises access control solution to secure 200 doors, across four separate plants in Greece. The team needed a fully connected system that would provide robust, user-friendly access control to safeguard operations at its facilities.
The solution
To protect such a vast estate, Coca-Cola Hellenic required the latest access control hardware and software. With over 120 doors in the main building alone, our installation partner, Maxima Systems, recommended our on-premises access control solution.
Our solution offers flexible, reliable, low-maintenance access control that’s suitable for a wide range of applications. And as it allows users to manage the entire system from one location, it was the ideal choice for Coca-Cola Hellenic’s needs.
After scoping out the project with the client, Maxima Systems installed a combination of smart card readers across Coca-Cola Hellenic’s four bottling plants.
“Acre security access control software allowed us to easily install and maintain the range for multiple locations using one system. The Acre security range gives us the flexibility to meet any access control challenge, regardless of location.”

The result
Our fully integrated access control solution gives Coca-Cola Hellenic the perfect balance of security and simplicity. The security team can manage security across its four bottling plants from one intuitive system, helping them identify potential security breaches and protect operations.
