Dear Acre Partners,
As we look ahead to 2026, I want to start by saying thank you. This past year, our One Acre cloud-native platforms delivered double-digit growth across access control, intrusion, and identity worldwide. That momentum is a direct result of your trust, partnership, and belief in what we’re building together.
It also reinforces something we know well: when we listen to the market and build side by side with our partners, progress follows.
Over the past year, you’ve been clear about what matters most. You want a partner who is easier to do business with, who helps you modernize without disruption, and who delivers a more unified, future-ready platform. We’ve listened – and 2026 is the year we deliver on that commitment.
Our Focus for 2026
First, we’re focused on simplifying your experience with Acre. In 2025, we focused on strengthening our operational foundation—building greater responsiveness and reliability into everything we do. In 2026, we’re taking that momentum further. We’ll enhance our newly launched global Partner Portal by implementing RevCloud, making quoting and ordering faster and more seamless. And we’re preparing to launch a refreshed global Partner Program—bringing clearer tools, stronger alignment, and dedicated Market Development Funds for qualified partners.
Second, we’re bringing our technology together around a unified product vision – not by starting from scratch, but by building on proven, trusted, and resilient solutions already deployed around the world. Acre’s platforms are built to meet enterprise-scale demands while remaining accessible, open and practical for organizations of every size.
At the center of this vision is Acre Access Control (AAC) - the engine of our future growth - built to scale globally, integrate deeply across ecosystems, and support long-term recurring revenue models.
Around AAC, the broader Acre ecosystem is coming together into one cohesive, intelligent experience that unites our market-leading Acre Intrusion Connect (AIC) platform, our enterprise-grade TDS Visitor solution, and a new Acre video management system. The TDS Visitor solution is already integrated today, while AIC, and Acre Video, will roll out through 2026 as part of this unified roadmap. This vision is reinforced by continued investment in innovation, including the development of Acre Via, an intelligence layer, with a forthcoming research preview of a conversational AI experience designed to simplify how users interact with their security systems. As these capabilities come online, they will deliver an increasingly connected, intelligent security environment—reducing silos, improving outcomes, and unlocking greater value for your customers.
At the same time, we remain committed to our established on-prem access platforms. These solutions have long histories, proven reliability, and deep customer trust – and they continue to play an important role as part of a unified global experience.
Third, we’re enabling modernization without disruption. With the introduction of the Acre Bridge device, customers can connect existing controllers and on‑prem systems directly to Acre Access Control (AAC) - unlocking cloud‑ready capabilities like mobile credentials and unified remote management without costly rip‑and‑replace projects. Acre Bridge synchronizes people, devices, and events so organizations can modernize at their own pace while running old and new in parallel. This creates a flexible hybrid path forward for customers and new recurring revenue opportunities for our partners.
Finally, we’re investing in scaling together. With the launch of Acre Solutions, our global services and enablement organization. We’re giving partners access to the expertise needed to deliver complex projects, reduce risk, and drive long-term customer success—while keeping you firmly in control of the customer relationship.
From enterprise deployments and migrations to training and ongoing support, Acre Solutions is designed to help you win, deliver, and grow without adding overhead.
