Acre Identity TDS Software Update: 5 New Features in 13.3v

Acre's 13.3v release ships five visitor management improvements, all aimed at the same goal: less friction for visitors and hosts, and more visibility for the teams running the front desk.

Here's what's new in this visitor management system update.

1. Host Policies Phase 1: Configurable Policy Enforcement

Host Policies dashboard, showing a Social Visit policy with translation and content controls.

Host Policies Phase 1 gives administrators a real policy engine instead of a static PDF nobody reads. Policies can be scoped by site or visitor type, with acknowledgement required at registration, at collection, or at checkout. Every action is written to the audit log, so policy compliance is provable, not just assumed.

‍

2. Quick Register Multi-language: Visitor Check-In in Any Language

Quick Register check-in screen with a language selector in the header.

Quick Register Multi-language lets visitors register in their own language, pulled from your organization's existing language registry rather than a separate list to maintain. Untranslated content falls back to English automatically, so nothing ever shows up blank.

‍

3. No Show Visitors: Automatic Status Tracking

Expected Visitors list with a no-show visit flagged and a one-click restore action.

No Show Visitors automatically flags visits that pass their expected check-in time, surfaces that status consistently across Reception, the Guest Dashboard, and Quick Register, and cleans itself up with an automatic checkout at day's end. If a visit expired by mistake, restoring it takes one confirmed action.

‍

4. Monitor Kiosk Improvements: Live Kiosk Health at a Glance

Kiosk filters for last-connected date, label count, and offline duration, plus a bulk reset option.

Monitor Kiosk Improvements puts live connected and disconnected totals in the kiosk portlet's top bar, along with filters for site, connection state, reboot status, and how long a kiosk has been offline. For teams running kiosks across multiple sites, this is the difference between guessing and knowing.

‍

5. WebApp NDA Validity: One NDA Policy, Every Channel

NDA status on the visitor record, showing validity date at a glance.

WebApp NDA Validity replaces kiosk-only NDA settings with a single global validity policy that applies across Web App, Kiosk, and Back Office alike. Visitors whose acceptance is still within the validity window aren't asked to sign again. NDA status is visible to reception and guest-management staff throughout.

‍

Why It Matters

These are problems your front desk already deals with: visitors re-signing an NDA they signed last week, no-shows cluttering the visitor log until someone manually clears them, and no way to tell which kiosks are actually online without walking over and checking. 13.3v addresses each one directly, using the workflows your team already knows.
