Introducing Acre Intelligence—and a First Look at What’s Next

AI in security should do more than generate buzz

Artificial intelligence is becoming a bigger part of the security conversation. But in physical security, progress only matters when it is practical, trustworthy, and grounded in the realities operators face every day.

At Acre, we believe AI should help security teams work with greater clarity, confidence, and control. It should simplify complexity, support better decisions, and fit naturally into the way people already work.

That belief is what shapes Acre Intelligence—our long-term AI strategy for the future of security operations.

What is Acre Intelligence

Acre Intelligence is the intelligence layer for the unified One Acre platform vision. It brings together Acre’s security expertise, operational data, and purpose-built AI capabilities to help teams find answers faster, work more efficiently, and make better-informed decisions over time.

This is not AI for its own sake. It is a deliberate, security-first approach to applying intelligence in physical security environments, where trust, transparency, and accountability matter.

Our approach is built as a maturity journey:

Assist

Make it easier to access information, reporting, and insights using natural language.

Recommend

Provide evidence-based guidance that helps operators make stronger decisions.

Orchestrate

Support supervised workflows across connected systems.

Act with guardrails

Enable limited autonomy within clearly defined policies and human oversight.

Optimize

Continuously improve performance within a governed, accountable framework.

Each stage is intentional. Each stage is designed to deliver value in the near term while building toward a more capable and connected future.

Acre Via: the first expression of Acre Intelligence

The first visible expression of Acre Intelligence is Acre Via—an AI assistant designed to help security teams interact with the One Acre platform in a more natural and efficient way.

Via is designed to help operators:

  • ask questions in natural language
  • surface relevant insights more quickly
  • generate and refine reports with less effort
  • move through daily workflows with less friction

The goal is not to replace operators. It is to support them. Via helps reduce manual effort, shorten the path to insight, and make everyday work easier to navigate.

In that sense, Acre Via reflects a broader Acre principle: helping customers bridge today’s realities with what comes next in security.

A Research Preview, not a product launch

At ISC West 2026, Acre will offer a Research Preview of Acre Via for customers and partners who want an early look at what is coming and an opportunity to help shape its direction.

This is an intentional preview experience. It is designed to gather real-world feedback, validate where AI can deliver meaningful operational value, and inform the next stage of development.

That also means expectations should be clear. The experience will evolve. Capabilities may change. And that is by design.

We believe this is the right way to bring AI into physical security: carefully, transparently, and in collaboration with the people who rely on these systems every day.

AI in security does not need to be louder. It needs to be more useful, more responsible, and more grounded in the work security teams actually do.

That is the thinking behind Acre Intelligence. And Acre Via is where that journey begins.
